The Leader's ECG is a diagnostic leadership platform and book built for founders, executives, and senior leaders who want a high-fidelity lens on the hidden issues weakening their organisation's health and performance. Rather than offering motivational advice, it treats the organisation like a patient — listening for the signals a dashboard cannot capture and reading the patterns a spreadsheet cannot surface.

The platform centres on nine sequential “readings” that descend from what is visible first to what is buried last: tiredness you cannot locate, work you have quietly kept, rooms that have stopped hearing or thinking, and conversations you have been outrunning. It is written by Shreyansh Bhavsar — “The Organizational Doctor” — an engineer and IIM Indore graduate with over fifteen years of leadership experience across global organisations, including time at Amazon. He works today as a strategic advisor to growth-stage companies, a mentor to first-time founders, and an evangelist of three convictions: leadership is influence, not title; high-performance teams are diagnosed before they are built; and organisational development is the long game that decides every other game.
